A graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, dining etiquette, and food safety standards
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Bangalore cuisine are a plus
Team player with a natural hospitality mindset
Prior FOH or guest-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and guest service skills
