Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, functional support, and troubleshooting, with a good understanding of leave management, time entry, time processing, and workforce policies.Key Responsibilities :- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules.- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.- Configure absence types, absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and absence approval workflows.- Implement leave policies, carryover rules, balance calculations, and absence validations.- Configure time entry layouts, time attributes, time categories, time processing rules, and approval workflows in OTL.- Support timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing.- Integrate Absence and OTL with Core HR, Payroll, and other Oracle HCM modules.- Troubleshoot functional issues related to leave balances, accruals, timecards, approvals, and payroll time transfers.- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT,



and regression testing.- Support data migration, reporting, and production support activities.- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.- Provide end-user training and recommend process improvements.Required Skills :- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and OTL.- Expertise in absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, leave types, and absence processing.- Experience configuring timecards, time entry layouts, time rules, time categories, and approval workflows.- Understanding of time and absence integration with Oracle Payroll and Core HR.- Experience in end-to-end implementations, configuration, and application support.- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and HCM Extracts is an advantage.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.- Knowledge of global absence policies, workforce timekeeping, and payroll processes.- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
