Ensure warehouse 5S, safety and layouts in Chennai, Pune and Delhi.
Ensure aligned with Logistics quality for the warehouse operations quality control plan and monitoring plan in ILN warehouse.
Manage the 3PL Trainings and process Audits and ILU Validations.
QRQC actions and implementations at ILN Warehouse.
Conduct daily morning meeting with all the stakeholders for the day / weekly planning and execution.
Monitoring the Inventory and aging of materials in warehouse.
Daily, weekly and Monthly status report to the management.
Manage the Non-conformities with Cause analyses and action plan.
