About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage Agile development processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Coordinate with engineering, product, and QA teams to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.- Track sprint progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve development blockers.- Manage Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation.- Analyze development metrics to improve estimation accuracy, productivity, and delivery efficiency.- Coordinate customer feedback, bug reports,



and enhancement requests with product and engineering teams.- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve development workflows.Required Skills:- 5 - 6 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Technical Project Management roles.- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the complete SDLC.- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.- Ability to understand technical discussions involving APIs, databases, integrations, testing, and deployment.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools and workflow automation is an advantage.
