Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for business users and technical teams.
Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and verifying solutions against requirements.




Contribute to the design and implementation of application solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile development environment.
B.E., or B.Tech. degree.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT App Development or software services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with data modeling, database concepts, and system integration.
Prior experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating consensus.
