Role : Salesforce Accessibility TesterTotal Experience : 5 - 10 yearsLocation : Remote (PAN India)Employment Type : Full time / ContractJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Accessibility Tester with 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing, including hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications for accessibility compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WCAG guidelines, accessibility testing tools, and assistive technologies to ensure Salesforce applications are accessible and user-friendly for people with disabilities.Roles & Responsibilities : - Perform accessibility testing of Salesforce applications, including Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.- Validate compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards.- Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing to identify accessibility issues.- Use accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights, and screen readers.- Test keyboard navigation, focus management, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, labels, and ARIA attributes.- Validate accessibility across Salesforce components, forms, tables, modals, dashboards, and dynamic content.- Test applications using assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.- Identify, document, prioritize,



and track accessibility defects with clear reproduction steps and remediation recommendations.- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, business analysts, and UX designers to resolve accessibility issues.- Perform regression testing to ensure accessibility fixes do not introduce new defects.- Integrate accessibility checks into test automation and CI/CD pipelines wherever applicable.- Prepare accessibility test reports, compliance documentation, and audit findings.Required Skills : - 5+ years of experience in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in accessibility testing.- Experience testing Salesforce applications, preferably Salesforce Lightning Experience, LWC, and Visualforce.- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and accessibility best practices.- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or similar tools.- Experience with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver.- Strong understanding of keyboard accessibility, semantic HTML, ARIA roles and attributes, focus order, and color contrast.- Experience in manual testing, defect management, and accessibility reporting.- Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
