Job Description :- Candidate must have hands on experience with the BMC Helix Development (including Integration) and/or ITSM tools.- Experience with BMC Remedy design, configuration, set up, development, support of BMC Helix.- Extract & import foundational data as needed in support of ITSM application modules e.g. Incident, Change, Problem, SRM etc.- Must have Experience in CMDB, should be able to create and customize classes as well as understand the CDM and its relationships.- Experience developing, configuring and managing Spoon jobs.- Configuration and customization of Asset Management.- Hands on experience on enhancement of Remedy Applications with ability to modify existing workflows.- Well versed with workflow objects and their customization.- Must have carried out integration with third party applications using webservices,



REST etc.- Must be aware of best development practice in terms of quality and performance.- Good to have knowledge of BMC Dashboard and PWA.- Basic SQL Knowledge.- Document and analyze user and functional requirements and translate into technical requirements.- Self starter and good decision making skills.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Customer interface Experience & excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Valuable understanding of ITIL concept.- Ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects (ref:hirist.tech)
