We are currently looking for a Cost Manger to be part of the Cost Consultancy team working on a large project both pre and post-contract.





The successful candidate will be responsible for showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract services.

Manage project standalone, dealing with the client and taking ownership for delivery.

Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of small / medium sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments.

Manage team resources, ensuring coverage for projects and profitability.

Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced level

Work pre contract including; Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.

Desired Skills And Experience For This

- 4 to 7 years of experience of managing operations and delivering large projects as cost manager.
- Proven track record of working in the cost management field.
- Experience in hospitality / high end residential / mixed use projects would be an advantage.
- Degree in related subject (BE / B.Tech – Civil or equivalent)
