- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Understand client hiring requirements and share relevant profiles
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Requirements:*

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 yr of BPO recruitment exp along with hands on experience on Job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
