Key Responsibility Areas : - Own product vision, strategy & roadmap for the consumer app.- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : ideation to launch.- Improve add-to-cart, checkout & cart-abandonment funnel.- Apply E-commerce best practices to discovery & checkout.- Understand the needs & requirements of various stakeholders (Customers, salesman, internal functions such as sales, supply chain, marketing etc.) to build and execute product roadmap.- Conduct market & competitor research for new features.- Translating the needs & requirements into an executable plan for tech team.- Prioritizing product features & capabilities.- Ensure app performance, stability & scalability.- Continuous improvement of user engagement & retention KPIs through product improvements.Education Qualification : - B.E./ B. tech from a Tier 1 or Tier 1.5 college.Experience Requirements : - Minimum 5+ years in Product Management, incl. consumer apps.- Robust E-commerce experience : add-to-cart, checkout, funnel.- Analytical thinking & problem-solving attitude.
