We are seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Planning, Operations & Optimization Professional to support safe, reliable, and efficient supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that plans are translated into executable outcomes across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics systems.




The successful candidate will develop foundational capabilities in supply planning, execution coordination, and data-driven decision making, while collaborating across functions to deliver business results aligned with operational excellence and continuous improvement principles.
Support development and maintenance of supply and demand plans within established planning systems
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain execution across procurement, operations, and logistics teams
Monitor plan performance and ensure alignment between planned and actual outcomes
Identify, communicate, and escalate supply chain risks (e.g., Analyze operational performance trends and identify root causes behind service, cost, productivity, quality, and capacity issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and data quality
Support digital and automation initiatives to improve planning and execution processes
Between 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain linked to any of the following Modes of Transport: Trucking, Rail, Container, Marine, Warehouse, Aviation
Demand Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, or Multimodal Logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required. Demonstrated experience with SQL, Python, Power Query,



or automation tools is highly desirable
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical actions that improve performance
Business Awareness - Understands how supply chain decisions impact performance
Works confidently with data, tools, and reporting systems to produce accurate insights applying structured thinking
Translates analysis into explicit recommendations that stakeholders understand and act on
