Augle AI is a deep-tech startup founded by alumni from IIT Bombay, building AI & 3D Vision powered Robotics and Automation Systems for manufacturing companies. We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join our Pune team. The role involves mechanical design, prototyping, validation, and close collaboration with robotics and AI teams to build robust automation systems. Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for fixtures, machine components, and assemblies using CAD (SolidWorks preferred).

- Perform design validation and assist with Finite Element Analysis (FEA); Work with fabrication and vendor teams to validate manufacturability, support prototyping, and oversee part testing and assembly.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions,



and version-controlled design documentation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during prototype and production stages; Collaborate cross-functionally with robotics, electronics, and software teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger automation solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 0–3 years experience preferred; freshers with strong CAD/FEA skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and ability to create production-ready drawings.
- Working knowledge of GD&T;, manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly), and tolerance design.
- Exposure to FEA tools (SolidWorks Simulation, Ansys) is preferred.
