About the Role :ERM is seeking an AI Data Engineer Consultant in North America to join our global Digital Services business. You will lead the next wave of AI-driven digital transformation, architecting intelligent pipelines and orchestrating advanced AI workflows.What You'll Bring :- University degree in Environmental Sciences, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Theoretical Business.- 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI data engineering or EHS-related fields.- Proficiency in Python (pandas, polars), SQL, and AI SDKs.- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, .NET, or Node.js.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement AI-powered data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data.- Orchestrate LLMs to automate data manipulation and validation.- Deliver customer-ready outputs in Excel, PDF, and Word formats.- Prototype emerging AI tools and translate proofs-of-concept into scalable solutions.- Build and integrate full-stack applications connecting AI back-ends to web interfaces.- Design and optimize relational and vector databases.
