or a related field.- 7 - 12 years of overall experience in software development, including proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.- Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design.- Experience building scalable applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.- Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and DevOps practices.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, estimation, and project delivery.- Demonstrated ability to conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, resolve complex technical issues, and drive technical decisions.- Proven leadership, team management, mentoring, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership, delivery management, and team development.- Robust analytical thinking, ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality software within agreed timelines.
