About the Company

Touching Towns Destination Pvt Ltd operates in the OTA platform space, helping travelers discover, compare, and access destination-focused travel experiences. We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to expand partnerships, strengthen market presence, and create sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with travel partners, suppliers, destination businesses, and strategic accounts.
- Build a healthy business pipeline through research, outreach, meetings, presentations, and structured follow-ups.
- Understand partner needs and propose suitable OTA solutions, commercial terms, and collaboration models.
- Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to support successful partner onboarding and retention.
- Track targets,



negotiations, account performance, and market developments while sharing clear updates with leadership.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, travel, hospitality, or a related commercial function.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfort with lead generation, independent ownership, and performance-oriented goals.
- Ability to work full time from the New Delhi office and collaborate effectively across teams.

The role offers a monthly salary range of ₹35,000 to ₹45,000. Candidates who combine customer understanding with disciplined execution and a growth mindset are encouraged to apply.
