Role : SAP PaPM ConsultantExperience : 8+ YearsLocation : RemoteType : Fulltime/ContractAvailability : Immediate joiner onlyRole Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP PaPM Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), SAP ECC, and S/4HANA FI/CO configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on PaPM implementation experience, strong accounting and cost accounting knowledge, and the ability to design and implement complex allocation and profitability models.Mandatory Skills : - 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA FI/CO configuration.- Strong understanding of accounting, cost accounting, and associated business processes.- Hands-on SAP PaPM experience, preferably with 1 - 2 end-to-end implementations.- Experience delivering multiple SAP PaPM use cases.- Expertise in PaPM data modelling, calculation logic, allocation functions, formulas,



drivers, and business rules.- Understanding of cost and revenue allocation process design and implementation.- Knowledge of SAP PaPM integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.- Experience with S/4HANA implementation methodology.Good-to-Have Skills : - Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP BPC.- Understanding of allocation drivers, labour costs, overhead/burden concepts, accounting periods, and reconciliation.- Experience integrating S/4HANA with other SAP modules.Candidate Profile : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Proactive approach, ownership, and commitment to customer expectations (ref:hirist.tech)
