Description : Location : Bangalore, IndiaExperience : 10 - 12 Years (Total), with 2+ years in Engineering ManagementAbout the Role : We are seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our Data Platform & AI team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the architectural vision, development, and scaling of our core data infrastructure and AI integration layers. You will mentor a high-performing team of engineers to build robust data pipelines and scalable AI platforms that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities : - Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data and AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.- Platform Strategy : Define the roadmap for a unified Data & AI platform, ensuring it supports high-volume data processing and seamless model deployment.- Architectural Oversight : Oversee the design of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and feature stores to support both analytical and generative AI workloads.- AI/ML Operations (MLOps) : Drive the implementation of MLOps practices to automate the training, deployment, and monitoring of AI models at scale.- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists,
