Tracking of the progress in line with the Project baseline, reporting variances and mitigation measures.
Close coordination with Project team, Robust follow-up with vendors & relevant stakeholders/package vendors for their scope of work completion.
Resource utilization rates and productivity analysis.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost performance, schedule variance, and quality metrics
Create detailed WBS to break down the project into manageable tasks
Regular Reporting (Weekly, Monthly) on Status, Schedule performance, Procurement, Resource allocation, Risks.
Monitor the schedule to ensure that it is consistent with the current Master Project Schedule.
Summary of major issues, risks, and mitigation strategies
Preparing MIS presentation & review with the management
Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.
B.E /B.Tech in (Mechanical / Electrical) from a reputed institute.
Required 15+ years of experience with at least 2 to 3 complete Project cycle in High-rise Residential/Commercial building projects,
Must have skills of operating Microsoft project (essential)/ Primavera (PMP certification preferable)




Worked on 2 to 3 complete Project cycle
Experience of "Composite Building/Steel Structure buildings, Malls and office required
Experience of working on all trades i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting.
