Currently, we are looking for motivated, mission aligned, and action oriented team members to drive key functions in the undergraduate admissions process. Our admissions process is designed to select the top 1% 18 year olds who have the potential to become the next big founder and we bring rigour, precision, and care to our selection process.

As we prepare to bring in the third cohort of our undergraduate students, the question we ask and keep asking is: how do we choose the best students out there and how do we make sure that they are choosing us All the roles described below stand at the intersection of data and analytics, operations, events, content,



and student- parent interactions. In one sentence: your job is to help an 18 year old make the right decision for their future.

Interact with the most ambitious high schoolers of India and help them choose the right career path
Become the face of Mesa's UG program and engage with applicant parents to help them understand the Mesa proposition
Drive the core admissions strategy and own enrollment targets for the undergraduate program
Manage and track the qualitative and qualitative data generated by admissions team and turn them into actionable steps
Have experience of interacting with high school students and their parents
Proven track record in consultative sales, growth, or education management
Robust leadership abilities with a data driven approach to decision making
Massive ownership mentality with a focus on delivering concrete outcomes
