Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will shape people strategy and partner with business leaders to drive organisational growth.

Lead people strategy, organisation design and transformation aligned with business goals.
Build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience, engagement and retention.
Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benchmarking and rewards.




Strengthen employer branding and attract top product talent.
Oversee employee relations, HR policies and compliance with Indian and Kerala labour laws.
Build and lead an accountable, high-performing HR team.

8+ years of comprehensive HR experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, HRBP and HR leadership.

- Preferred experience in IT Product / SaaS organisations.
- Solid strategic thinking, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, compensation and labour compliance.
