As Retail Sales Head at Chola Apparels, you'll guide retail sales performance by setting transparent priorities, supporting teams in their day-to-day work, and building strong client interactions. You'll use sales insight and effective communication to turn goals into focused action.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align team activity with agreed targets, reviewing progress and adjusting priorities as needed.
Lead and coach retail sales staff, helping them strengthen selling skills, client service, and confidence in presenting options.
Monitor sales performance through Salesforce and other available reports, identify trends, and share clear, actionable updates with stakeholders.
Use fashion styling judgment to help teams present choices thoughtfully and provide relevant, personalized recommendations.
Coordinate sales support activities, ensuring teams have timely information and practical guidance to serve clients effectively.

have minimum 1 years of experience
A minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience is needed.
Must be able to speak English, Hindi, and Kannada.
