A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior delivery leader. You will run the company's most visible programmes and mentor the project managers who run the rest. As a Senior Project Manager, you will own complex, multi-team programmes end to end, set the delivery standard, and keep leadership confident that the right work ships on time.
Own large, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
Coach project managers and raise the bar on delivery practice




Drive status, risk, and decision reporting to senior stakeholders
5 to 10 years managing projects, with senior or multi-team delivery

- A track record of shipping complex work across functions on time
- Strong stakeholder management and explicit, calm communication
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

PMP, PgMP, or an Agile or Scrum certification
Experience in a product, SaaS, or high-growth environment
Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement
