Store Operations Management
Inventory Control & Monitoring
Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely inventory status to users.
Conduct perpetual inventory and annual stock verification , including reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and provide alerts to SCM for necessary actions.
Update all store transactions in ERP systems (Oracle) on real-time basis.
Dispatch materials to subcontractors after proper verification of documents and materials .
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and other departments for store-related activities.
Compliance & Housekeeping
Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices in stores.
Assist Store Manager in overall store operations.
Required Candidate Profile Education/Training
B.Com / B.A / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Professional Experience
~ Minimum 6 years of experience in stores / warehouse operations
