Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Sundaram Toyota in Bengaluru. Day-to-day activities include greeting showroom visitors, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features, pricing, and finance options, and preparing accurate quotations. The Sales Executive manages the sales process from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals and coordinating delivery, while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with service, finance,



and administrative teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, participating in promotional events, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, including active listening, needs analysis, and professional follow-up.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and local languages, with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience in retail or automotive sales, or a related customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
Valid driving license and safe driving record to conduct customer test drives.
Professional, ethical approach to sales, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
