Job Summary We are hiring Field Technicians to maintain, service, and repair lift systems. You will handle complaints, diagnose faults, and keep lifts safe and running reliably, while giving customers a great service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and repairs on lifts

Attend service calls and customer complaints promptly

Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot to resolve issues effectively

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Coordinate with other technicians and service teams to optimize lift performance

Follow safety regulations and best practices at all times

Required Skills

Understanding of lift systems: electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair, and familiarity with diagnostic tools

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and programming





Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

Problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of ASME / EN safety standards is an added advantage

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical certification (ITI/Diploma) in lift maintenance or a related field preferred

Experience

Minimum 2 years in lift maintenance or related mechanical/electrical work

Experience with hydraulic, traction, pneumatic, or other lift types is an advantage

Proven record in safety, work quality, service efficiency, and customer handling

Languages

English is mandatory

Local or multilingual proficiency is an added advantage
