Role Description The Sales Manager will lead and manage the clinic's sales operations, focusing on driving patient acquisition, revenue growth, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies aligned with clinic objectives. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, manage partnerships and referrals,



and support promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the VK Korean Derma Clinic in Hyderabad.

Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or related service industries.

Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed targets.

Competence in planning and executing sales strategies, basic data analysis, and using CRM or clinic management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
