About DexKor DexKor is building an AI-powered Post-Sales Cloud Suite that helps businesses streamline sales, customer support, customer success, and customer engagement through a unified platform.
From omnichannel support and WhatsApp engagement to customer success intelligence and AI-powered automation, we're helping businesses replace fragmented workflows with connected, actionable customer experiences.
We're looking for a driven, hands-on Inside Sales & Business Development Executive who can take ownership of our outbound sales engine, build a qualified sales pipeline, generate product demos, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Identify target companies, decision-makers, and potential customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
Execute cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities.
Drive sales follow-ups: Nurture prospects, manage objections, maintain consistent follow-ups, and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Manage the sales pipeline: Research target accounts: Identify companies using legacy CRM, helpdesk, WhatsApp, and customer engagement tools that could benefit from DexKor.
Test outreach messaging, prospecting strategies, and sales sequences to continuously improve response rates, demo bookings, and conversions.

Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked with B2B SaaS products in one or more of these categories:
CRM and sales automation
Customer support and helpdesk software
Customer success and customer experience platforms
Lead generation, sales intelligence,



and outbound sales
Experience with companies such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Kapture, Kylas, SalesMax, NeoDove, or similar SaaS businesses would be a strong advantage.
We're also open to hardcore lead-generation professionals who can independently identify prospects, build targeted databases, execute outbound campaigns, and consistently generate qualified demos—even if they haven't worked in the CRM or customer support software industry.

Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Ability to independently build and manage a B2B prospect pipeline.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email sequencing platforms, and CRM systems.

Compensation & Incentives Annual CTC: 2.4 - 3 LPA fixed, with additional performance-based incentives.
Monthly Demo Incentives:
~Performance Review: Compensation and incentive slabs will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance, pipeline generation, and contribution to sales.
Gurugram, Haryana, or Remote for the right candidate.
