Job Title Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Role Overview We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and expand CHETAN PUMPS' market presence across Haryana.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build relationships with retailers, plumbers, mechanics and borewell contractors.

Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.





Coordinate orders, collections and customer service with internal teams.

Submit regular sales reports and territory action plans.

Bachelor's degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

- 2-4 years of experience in field sales or channel sales.
- Pump, electrical, motor or agricultural equipment industry experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Haryana.

40,000–45,000 per month, depending on experience.

Quarterly sales incentives based on target achievement.

Official travel and field expense reimbursements as per company policy.
