We are hiring Collection Executives for our Collection Department. We are looking for candidates who possess good domain knowledge and hold a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle collection processes efficiently while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers regarding overdue accounts and pending payments.
- Maintain explicit communication and maintain high compliance standards during recoveries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Education: Graduate.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of recovery procedures, compliance, and collection operations.
- Location: Hallomajra, Chandigarh
