We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients, with a proven track record of handling W2 requirements in the US staffing industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience working with BFSI clients.
Proven experience handling W2 positions and requirements.
Active LinkedIn profile with effective sourcing and networking skills.
Valuable understanding of US staffing, recruitment processes, and employment types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Willingness to work in the US night shift from our Gachibowli, Hyderabad office.
