Experience: Freshers in restaurant or hospitality management Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. - Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff. - Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness. - Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally. - Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and closing procedures. - Control food, beverage, and operating costs while minimizing wastage. - Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocations. - Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, service, billing, and management teams. - Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies. - Drive sales and work toward achieving monthly revenue targets. - Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure proper communication between departments.
