Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kronos / UKG Developer with strong expertise in workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Kronos/UKG configuration, development, integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and production support.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of workforce management platforms along with the ability to design, develop, maintain, and support integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and enhance Kronos / UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Design and develop integrations between Kronos/UKG and other enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, application issues, and production incidents.
- Provide ongoing production support and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.




- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation for interfaces, configurations, and support processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM.
- Strong experience with Kronos integrations and APIs.
- Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL.
- Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze integration failures and resolve data/interface-related issues.

Preferred Profile

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience working on enterprise-level workforce management implementations.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Available for a 6-month remote contract engagement.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
