We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality leads, optimize marketing spend, and scale digital campaigns to support business growth.
*Job Roles & Responsibilities: -*
- *Title Verification & Due Diligence: -* Scrutinize mother deeds, EC, RTC, Khata, 11E Sketch, and legal chain for all land parcels before acquisition.
- *Documentation: -* Drafting and vetting of Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, MOU, JDA, GPA, Lease Deed, and other legal documents.
- *RERA Compliance: -* Handling Karnataka RERA registration, documentation, and compliance for all projects.
- *Litigation Handling: -* Representing company before Sub-Registrar, BBMP, BMRDA, Revenue Offices, and Civil Courts if required.
- *Customer Legal Support: -* Handling customer legal queries, providing legal opinion, and supporting sales team for legal closure.
- *Government Liaison: -* Co-ordination with external advocates, Tahsildar office, and other statutory authorities for DC Conversion, approvals.
- *Legal MIS: -* Maintaining legal tracker, original documents register and reporting to Managing Director.
*Required Skills: -*
- LLB/LLM - Must.
- 2-5 Years Experience in Real Estate / Builder / Construction Company ONLY.
- Solid knowledge of Karnataka Land Laws, BBMP/BMRDA Approvals, RERA Act.
- Knowledge of Kannada & English (Reading old documents).
- Good Drafting Skills in English.

- Bar Council Registration Mandatory.
