What you will do

- Speak to people who enquire with us, understand what they are trying to do, and explain their options clearly
- Follow up on leads from our website, Meta ads and WhatsApp, and keep them moving through to the lender
- Help customers gather and submit documents, and track each file through to disbursal
- Plan and run campaigns on Meta and Instagram — write the copy, check the numbers, work out what is performing
- Keep our customer records accurate and up to date

What you will learn

- How banks and NBFCs actually assess a borrower: credit scores, eligibility, income and obligations
- How home loans, balance transfers and personal loans work, end to end
- How the Bengaluru home loan market moves, and what changes the rate a customer is offered
- Digital marketing in practice — audiences, creative, budgets, and reading the results honestly

What we are looking for

- Any graduate. No prior experience required.
- Comfortable speaking to people on the phone, in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
- Explicit writing,



and the patience to explain something twice
- Willing to learn the financial detail rather than work around it
