We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the Human Resource Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, working under the guidance of the HR Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain and manage accurate employee records.
- Implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with HR team members.
- Handle staff attendance queries and foster positive employee relations.
- Administer the HRMS and manage HR templates.
- Play an active role in designing and executing employee engagement programs.
- Carry out day-to-day HR activities under the guidance of the HR Manager.

What We’d Love To See

- 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role within the IT industry.
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and databases.

It’d Be Great If You Had

- Prior hands-on experience with an HRMS platform.
- Experience in conducting HR audits and maintaining audit-ready records.
