Job Description:

. Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

1. Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and verify invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and accounting documents.
- Assist in tracking payments, outstanding balances, and expenses.

1. Taxation & Compliance

- Assist with GST/TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare basic financial reports and expense statements.




- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and other departments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

3. Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or a relevant accounting qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
