Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Food & Beverage Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will lead the hotel's dining and beverage operations, coordinate service standards and support consistent guest experiences across its outlets and events. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel's requirements and the responsibilities of the Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant, bar, room-service and food-and-beverage coordination as assigned by hotel management.
- Plan service staffing, shift coverage, training and briefings in line with business needs.
- Partner with the culinary team to maintain consistent presentation, food quality, menu knowledge and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee outlet readiness, reservation flow, guest feedback and timely service recovery.
- Support budgeting, stock control, purchasing coordination, cost awareness and appropriate revenue opportunities.
- Implement food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and responsible beverage service procedures.
- Coordinate banquet and event food-and-beverage delivery with sales, banquets and operations teams.
- Review operating reports,



guest comments and team performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Skills and Relevant Experience

- Relevant hotel or multi-outlet food-and-beverage leadership experience.
- Strong people management, coaching and service quality skills.
- Working knowledge of F&B; cost control, inventory, hygiene and outlet operations.
- Comfort coordinating restaurant, banquet and culinary teams during busy service periods.
- Positive communication, organization and guest complaint-handling skills.
