Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Guest Relations Executive in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will create welcoming stays through personalized attention, proactive communication and efficient guest assistance. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel's requirements and the responsibilities of the Front Office / Guest Relations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide informed assistance with hotel facilities, services and local enquiries.
- Coordinate special requests, guest preferences and important arrival arrangements.
- Follow up on feedback and help resolve service issues respectfully and promptly.
- Liaise with front office, housekeeping, dining and other departments on guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest interaction notes while protecting personal information.
- Support guest recognition initiatives and service quality follow-up.
- Assist with arrivals, departure enquiries and VIP or group coordination when required.
- Represent the hotel's hospitality standards with a friendly, professional approach.





Skills and Relevant Experience

- Guest relations, reception or premium customer-service experience is helpful.
- Solid interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- Polished presentation, cultural awareness and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow through on details.
- Comfort using basic office tools and hotel guest-service systems.

Success in this position relies on effective communication, a guest-focused mindset, responsible working practices and collaboration with other hotel departments. Relevant hospitality experience is valued; the hiring team will assess individual experience and suitability during selection.
