Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will support restaurant leadership with smooth daily service, engaged colleagues and attentive guest care. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel's requirements and the responsibilities of the Restaurant Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Restaurant Manager with opening, closing, shift planning and daily floor supervision.
- Welcome guests, oversee seating and ensure an effective dining experience.
- Coach associates on menu knowledge, hospitality standards, order accuracy and service etiquette.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar colleagues to maintain timely, consistent service.
- Handle guest comments and concerns professionally and escalate significant issues.
- Monitor table presentation, hygiene, stock levels and point-of-sale procedures.
- Assist with team briefings, onboarding, scheduling and documentation.
- Support outlet sales initiatives while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational discipline.





Skills and Relevant Experience

- Restaurant or hotel food-and-beverage supervisory experience.
- Confident guest interaction, teamwork and shift leadership.
- Familiarity with restaurant service sequences and basic POS systems.
- Awareness of food safety, cleanliness and stock handling.
- Problem-solving skills and composure under service pressure.

Success in this position relies on effective communication, a guest-focused mindset, responsible working practices and collaboration with other hotel departments. Relevant hospitality experience is valued; the hiring team will assess individual experience and suitability during selection.
