Key responsibilities

- Supervise preparation and plating of Asian dishes in the assigned kitchen areas.
- Organize mise en place, ingredient use and service readiness.
- Guide kitchen staff on recipes, portion consistency and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the chef team on stock needs, waste reduction and quality.
