Job Description:

Position: QC Inspector

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects such as cracks, scratches, flash, and color variations.
- Conduct quality checks during plastic manufacturing and moulding processes.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and weighing scales.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Identify defective products and coordinate with the Production Department for corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
- Follow quality procedures and maintain proper inspection records.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
- Visual inspection and defect identification.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
- Inspection report preparation and documentation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of 5S and quality standards.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
