Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Fresher to join our finance and accounts team. In this role, you will assist the senior accounting team with daily bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and basic reconciliation tasks. This is an ideal position for a recent commerce graduate looking to kickstart a career in corporate finance and taxation. Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Pass daily accounting and voucher entries (sales, purchase, receipts, and payments) in accounting software.

- Invoice & Bill Processing: Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices, expense claims, and payment requests.

- Reconciliation:



Assist with basic Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and matching ledger entries.

- Accounts Receivable / Payable: Help track customer receivables and vendor payables.

- Statutory Compliance Support: Assist in compiling data for GST returns, TDS calculations, and basic tax filings under the guidance of senior staff.

- Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and digital accounting records, bills, receipts, and financial documents systematically.

- Reporting Support: Help prepare basic daily/monthly MIS reports and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related finance background.

- Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency or basic working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9).
- Valuable command of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel — formulas, basic spreadsheets
