Job Description:

Duties & responsibilities:

As part of the expansion of our Residential Sales team in Mumbai, we are looking to hire a Consumer Marketing Specialist with experience in luxury residential real estate. The role will be responsible for supporting design, branding, marketing collateral development, presentations, digital creatives, and campaign execution.

What this job involves:

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the luxury residential real estate market, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive brand awareness and engagement. • Content Development: Create compelling and sophisticated marketing content, including property descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral, that effectively communicates the value proposition of our luxury properties. • ATL Marketing: Ensure planning & execution of our print campaigns in top media publications adhering to the brand guidelines • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies, to maximize online visibility and generate qualified leads for luxury property sales. etc • Branding and Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels,



maintaining brand integrity and fostering a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience. • Brand Partnerships: Responsible for Partnering with the relevant luxury brands for co-branding opportunities and discovering new avenues to take our Brand forward • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation in the luxury real estate market. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, designers, developers, and external partners, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key skills:

• Has prior knowledge of brand partnerships • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master's degree in marketing, Communications or related fields • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation and Create content tailored to a luxury audience.

Required Qualification: Graduate, Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Bachelor of Mass Communications (B.M.C. - B.M.M.)
