Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and AI-driven automation to build and enhance enterprise Service Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and enhance HAM Pro, SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and compliance workflows.
- Configure Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, and MID Servers.
- Improve CMDB health using IRE, reconciliation, and governance best practices.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise tools such as Intune, SCCM, Flexera, and Tanium.
- Build scalable workflows and applications using Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Develop AI-powered automation using Service Now AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- 3+ years of ITAM and/or ITOM implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, MID Server, IRE, and CMDB Health.
- Strong Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP API skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

- Service Now CSA/CAD and relevant CIS certifications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Service Now AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of Dev SecOps, CI/CD, Terraform, or Ansible.
