- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue quotas.

- Client & Distributor Relations: Build trust-based relationships with buyers, address complaints, and resolve distributor or stock issues.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct prospecting, cold calls, field visits, and product presentations to bring in recent accounts.

and payment terms while maintaining company profit margins.

- Reporting & CRM Tracking: Log daily customer interactions, track pipeline health, and prepare regular sales/expense reports for management.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing moves, and local demand trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of proven sales or B2B/B2C field experience.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and basic data tracking.

- Core Competencies: Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, resilience to rejection, and analytical thinking.
