Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Financial Performance: Drive store revenue to achieve or exceed sales targets, manage budgets, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and control expenses.

- Team Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate store associates and supervisors.

- Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock receiving, issuing, cycle counts, audits, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage and damage.

- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, resolve escalated customer complaints, and create a welcoming, customer-first workplace.

- Visual Merchandising & Standards:



Ensure product displays, promotional setups, and store cleanliness align with corporate brand guidelines.

- Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, security, and legal compliance policies across the store.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in retail, store management, or warehouse/inventory leadership.

- Hard Skills: Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management/ERP software, and MS Office (Excel, Word).

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, communication, time management, and financial/sales acumen.
