Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Marketing & Communication Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will strengthen the hotel's market presence through coordinated brand communications, campaigns and digital marketing. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel's requirements and the responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute hotel marketing and communication activity across approved channels.
- Coordinate campaigns for rooms, dining, events, weddings and seasonal offerings.
- Work with hotel sales, revenue and food-and-beverage teams to translate priorities into timely promotions.
- Manage social media planning, website content requests and digital campaign coordination.
- Prepare briefs for photography, design, content and collateral while following brand standards.
- Support media enquiries, partnerships, reputation management and public relations activity.
- Track basic campaign engagement, traffic, enquiries and commercial outcomes.
- Check factual accuracy, tone and consistency across outward-facing communications.

Skills and Relevant Experience





- Hotel marketing, hospitality communications or relevant brand/digital marketing experience.
- Strong written communication, content planning and campaign coordination.
- Practical understanding of social media, digital channels and marketing analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, agencies, sales and hotel operations.
- Attention to brand standards, deadlines and skilled stakeholder communication.
