Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Sales Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will develop hotel business opportunities and nurture relationships across corporate, meetings, events and other relevant guest segments. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel's requirements and the responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop appropriate corporate, travel trade, group, conference and events opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients and maintain effective follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare hotel presentations, proposals and commercial information accurately.
- Coordinate site inspections and event requirements with operations and banquet colleagues.
- Maintain current account information, prospect activity and sales-pipeline records.
- Work with revenue and reservations teams on availability, rate positioning and business conversion.
- Monitor market activity and share insights that can improve hotel demand generation.
- Represent the property professionally at sales meetings, partner visits and relevant events.





Skills and Relevant Experience

- Hotel sales, hospitality business development or related account management experience.
- Relationship-building, negotiation and client presentation skills.
- Understanding of corporate, groups, events or travel-related sales channels.
- Comfort preparing proposals and tracking opportunities in CRM or comparable tools.
- Good commercial awareness, organization and communication.

Success in this position relies on effective communication, a guest-focused mindset, responsible working practices and collaboration with other hotel departments. Relevant hospitality experience is valued; the hiring team will assess individual experience and suitability during selection.
