HIRING - SOURCING & VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

Position: Sourcing & Vendor Development - Electrical & Electronics

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / / BE - Electrical / Electronics

Location: Manesar

CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and vendor development for electrical components and electronic components.

• Identification, evaluation and onboarding of current vendors.

• Vendor development for PDU (Power Distribution Unit) and DC-DC Converter components.

• Sourcing of A-grade / quality-critical items as per specifications.

• Vendor negotiation, cost comparison and commercial finalization.

• Coordination with vendors for quotations, samples, quality and timely delivery.

• Supplier follow-up and development to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.

• Maintain vendor database and sourcing-related documentation.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Engineering and Production teams.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• इलेक्ट्रिकल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कंपोनेंट्स के लिए सोर्सिंग और वेंडर डेवलपमेंट।

• नए वेंडर्स की पहचान करना, उनका मूल्यांकन करना और उन्हें ऑनबोर्ड करना।

• PDU (पावर डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन यूनिट) और DC-DC कन्वर्टर कंपोनेंट्स के लिए वेंडर डेवलपमेंट।

• स्पेसिफिकेशन्स के अनुसार A-ग्रेड / क्वालिटी-क्रिटिकल आइटम्स की सोर्सिंग करना।

• वेंडर्स के साथ मोल-भाव (नेगोशिएशन),



लागत की तुलना और कमर्शियल फाइनल-सेटलमेंट करना।

• कोटेशन, सैंपल, क्वालिटी और समय पर डिलीवरी के लिए वेंडर्स के साथ समन्वय (कोऑर्डिनेशन) करना।

• क्वालिटी, लागत और डिलीवरी की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए सप्लायर्स के साथ फॉलो-अप और डेवलपमेंट का काम करना।

• वेंडर डेटाबेस और सोर्सिंग से जुड़े डॉक्यूमेंटेशन को मेंटेन करना।

• परचेज, क्वालिटी, इंजीनियरिंग और प्रोडक्शन टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना।
