Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Retail Merchandising

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Merchandiser to manage merchandise planning, stock allocation, replenishment, assortment planning, and inventory optimization across retail stores in multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan merchandise allocation, assortment, and replenishment across stores.

Monitor store-wise and SKU-wise sales, inventory levels, and stock ageing.

Optimize stock transfers to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Analyze sales performance and drive sell-through of slow-moving products.

Coordinate with Buying, Retail Operations, Warehouse, and Visual Merchandising teams.





Support current store launches and ensure effective merchandise availability.

Prepare MIS reports and conduct regular store visits.

Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.

Strong knowledge of merchandise planning, inventory management, and allocation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Retail Management Systems.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
